Janae Hoppie

Janae Hoppie is a 21-year-old New York City native. She is currently a student at ​​Borough of Manhattan Community College.  This summer is Janae’s first year working at Creative Art Works. She has enjoyed being around other like-minded, creative individuals. Working with CAW’s Public Youth Art Program has helped her feel more confident in her creative abilities. Ever since being a young child, she has had a passion for filmmaking, painting, and drawing––and she has enjoyed getting to incorporate these talents into the documentary film she made this summer.
