Noella Perez-Ortiz

Noella is currently attending Wesleyan University. After being involved in programs including mentoring younger children and helping them understand the complexities of race, leading her High School engineering club, and volunteering as an art teacher’s assistant, Noella is currently involved in the Creative Art Works program as an animator, working with her team members to convey the issues of racism in the criminal justice system. Despite not having much experience in animation, she has learned to work together with her group and discover new skills along the way.
