About the Artist

Luis Miranda is an 18 year old, full Mexican born in Queens. He is a senior about to graduate at Information Technology High School. This is his first time with Creative Art Work but this is not his first job. During the summer he works with a company called Lippincott where he and other people worked together to make a website for a New York event known as Pride Month. The skills that he learned during the experience was leadership, communication, and problem solving. He joined this program to learn more on how to become a better artist. He believes that joining the internship was the best choice because he will be able to improve on his basic art skill and learn more skills and things that he doesn’t know. Since elementary school he has loved drawing and he finds it fun to do. In his free time he will draw since it helps him relax and let his mind be creative on what he wants to draw.
