About the Artist
My name is Witch Rosey. I'm 17 years old and a senior in Fordham High School for the Arts. I've been doing art since I was eight years old and I always strived for it to be perfect. As a result, I decided I wanted to become an animator to bring my imagination to life. I am planning on going to School of Visual Arts and major in animation. My goal in life is to bring proper representation in animation and tell a story while I'm doing it. I would love to do art/animation as a living, as I'm already too deep in the rabbit hole of art. As a Youth Apprentice with CAW, I’ve learned the basics of character creation. I’ve learned a lot so far and my boss is very understanding and fun to work under. I mainly joined this internship program to help out my mother as she’s already spending money on our two dogs and my little sister. I'm deeply grateful for this program and hope you enjoy my final piece!
