Wendy Perez

Wendy Perez lives in Queens, NY and is attending the Washington Irving YABC High School. She has always loved animation since she was little - she loved to watch cartoons and movies when she came home from school and take her sketchbook out and draw what she saw on TV. She has continued to practice her drawing to this day in hopes of becoming an animator and creating her own cartoon or movie. Wendy has worked before in retail but it was not what she wanted to focus on so she left her job and focused more on school and art. She has learned throughout the CAW internship program many things and different new techniques that she will be able to apply in her art. Wendy hopes that her dream of being an animator becomes true and that in the future she can do what she always loved.
