Social Justice Posters

The message of this picture is how we are all connected no matter the culture or differences, if we are all from one place we represent that place as a community and as people. I want the viewers to understand that there are some who are racist towards their own because of different backgrounds or beliefs but even so, we are all connected in terms of origin and where we are from. I chose this background to show that we are the people that will show the younger generations right from wrong and in the darkness there will always be light to shine.

The message that I want to push forward is that everyone deserves to live free and have freedom regardless of sexual orientation. The reason why I choose this topic is because I have friends that go through stuff because of how they express themselves and that is not right. In the end, we are all human beings with emotions. So when others look at the poster I want them to think "I should treat others the way I would want to be treated."

Inclusive Stock Photography

The Inclusive Stock Photography project was designed to address the scarcity of people of color, multicultural people, and LGBTQ+ people in commercial stock photography by creating professional-quality images of these underrepresented people in a variety of everyday settings, including romantic and platonic relationships, family, and communities.
