Social Justice Posters

The message of my poster is to show that all kinds of people gather up to support a protest and it will take a lot to take them down. I used the comic edit for my poster because I feel like it brings it out a little more than a original poster. When viewers see my poster I want them to see all the different kinds of color in it that’s not just one kind of efficient but varieties of them and that they there for each other when they believe in the same thing.

I choose to address child abuse because I feel like we have forgotten this issue in the middle of the pandemic and BLM protests. I wrote, “Let’s Stop Child Abuse,” in English and Spanish because I feel like many hispanic kids are abused and never say anything about it. I want my poster to remind other people that kids are being abuses and to tell them to report it when they see it, because our kids need justice.

Inclusive Stock Photography

The Inclusive Stock Photography project was designed to address the scarcity of people of color, multicultural people, and LGBTQ+ people in commercial stock photography by creating professional-quality images of these underrepresented people in a variety of everyday settings, including romantic and platonic relationships, family, and communities.
