Paola Gonzalez

Development & Communications Coordinator

Paola is passionate about bridging education, community engagement, and the arts to create meaningful opportunities for young people. She joined Creative Art Works late in 2025 and brings extensive experience in education and youth programming to her role as Development & Communications Coordinator, including supporting All Star Code’s Summer Intensive for high school students and coordinating national community initiatives at Beyond100K. Her background also includes development and arts administration at CUE Art Foundation through CUNY Cultural Corps. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with minors in women's studies and studio arts from Lehman College in The Bronx.
