About the Artist
Ruby Morency is a 14 year old highschool girl born in Manhattan NY,(MIdtown), but raiseds in the Lower east side of NY.She goes to Manhattan Early College For Advertising. She's Dominican and Hatian.This is Ruby’s first time making art and her first job.She chose this program because she wanted experience for her college resume while making money. Ruby also wanted to learn how to draw expressions and bodys. BeIng here she’s begun to enjoy drawing many new characters. She was hoping to learn how to be expressive and be more confident meeting new people.She believes her goal is being met.When ruby is not at her internship she is playing softball for her school's team. She does various things, but mostly batting. And when she's not doing that, she's at home, being in her imagination. She has a wide imagination and loves to be in her mind.
