About the Artist

Ryan Collazo is a junior at Manhattan Early College School for Advertising. He is from the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Before joining the Creative Art Works (CAW) internship program Ryan has worked for one other organization, The Children's Arts and Science Workshops (CASW) doing a summer job which included creating web pages to help boost awareness that was necessary for CASW’s success. Ryan chose to participate in the CAW internship program because he felt that it would be a good way to use his imagination to create new characters to his liking. Throughout this experience, Ryan has learned to use his mind in the character design and web page world. He has used creativity and learned how to utilize organization skills when putting work together. Ryan looks forward to the future and plans to become an artist. He wants to make a change and hopes to create relatable detailing work for people to view and experience.
