About the Artist
Tahmeed Islam is a student at Manhattan Early College School for Advertising in his freshman year. He was born and raised in New York but his family came from Bangladesh in the late 1900’s. This is his first time doing character designing and also his first time working with CAW. Tahmeed chose this program because he wanted to see if he liked character designing and to see the process. He’s learned alot from this internship other than drawing like human anatomy. The best part about Tahmeed’s experience is his time with Joey and how he helped him and his adventure with drawing.
