About the Artist

Rylynn Walters is a high school student at Manhattan Early College of Advertising who has been drawing traditionally and digitally for four years, including both formal and informal education. Rylynn’s artistic style represents realistic and cartoonist styles. Rylynn has experience as a digital commission artist. Rylynn lives in the Bronx, New York with their parents, sister, and dogs. Rylynn was heavily inspired by animators like James Baxter from Steven Universe, Alex Hersch from Gravity Falls, and influencers like YouTubers Lavendertowne and Drawingwiffwaffles. Rylynn has learned character design techniques such as silhouettes, rhythm, and utilizing shape and color effectively. Rylynn hopes to use the new information they’ve learned in Character Design to create art that inspires others.

Bonnie lives in a forest of an alternate universe, everyday they wish for a friend. Until one day Astro finds themself in their forest. They spend their time trying to convince each other to leave, or stay in the forest.
