About the Artist

Taylor Phillips is a 17-year-old senior, who attends Manhattan Early College School for Advertising. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her mother. She refers to herself as a novice artist, although she’s been making doodles and sketches for years. Now, she’s been gaining experience as she navigates through her Character Design workshop with Creative Art Works. Every once in a while growing up, she would randomly get out her sketchbook and draw characters, mainly from anime or from the top of. She has a habit of sketching during school. She hopes to hone her skills and perhaps use it in the future as an aspiring manga creator.
