About the Artist

Saniah Borgella is a junior at Chelsea CTE High School and resides in Queens, NY. Saniah has been doing art since she was young and gets her inspiration from cartoons and games. Saniah heard of this program through her graphic design teacher and decided to join, because she saw an opportunity to expand her art skills. During the CAW Character Design program, Saniah learned how to draw using different shapes and the different elements in character design. She also learned how to expand her style and to focus more on the foundation of her drawings, instead of immediately going to details. Saniah hopes to also inspire others to join the program.
