About the Artist

Xiangyue Jiao was borned in China, on Oct 2nd, 2007. She came to America when she was 3 years old. She is now a tenth grader at Bayside High School. She started drawing digitally in 2021, using an ipad. She practices everyday by drawing characters, profiles and more. She has drawn pictures for other people. Since she is still in high school, her art experience is mainly as a student. Something she learned in this internship that's about herself is, she likes freedom and the forest. Her character is kind of like her.
