Jennie Guzman Character Design

About the Artist

Jennie Guzman is a 17 year old senior at Curtis High School. She will be attending Borough of Manhattan Community College to study animation and motion graphics in the Fall of 2021. Jennie took a drawing class her freshman year, photoshop class her sophomore year and graphic design class her junior year of high school. Jennie’s love for art started when she was just a toddler who would doodle on pieces of paper. As Jennie grew older, she started to experiment with watercolors, sculpting, painting, and digital. Trying digital art for the first time and watching cartoons encouraged Jennie to become an animator. Working with Creative Art Works has been an amazing experience for Jennie and she has learned many new things from her peers and teacher Alexandra Neuber. It inspired Jennie to pursue her dream of becoming an animator. She hopes to create art that moves and inspires others.
