About the Artist

This is Mo. He attends Urban Assembly Gateway School of Technology, but Mo is from Fordham Road up in The Bronx. Mo has been drawing for up to 4 years now and plans to become an animator. He’s had prior experience in this particular program, as he has interned last year. Though a full year has passed, Mo has come a long way. One thing Mo has learned is line of direction and how to write his character.

Mo is determined. Many have told him that he cannot achieve anything in art. He uses this as motivation to prove them wrong. He cannot go a day without drawing or doing anything in the arts; If Mo isn’t animating, he does not want to do anything else. Mo has been drawing in every class everyday and drawing everyday at home. Mo is creating a show called Soul Dreams and he knows he won't fail.
