About the Artist
Rashawn Jaden Vincent Webster loves anime and video games. He has a love for the Dragon Ball series, and Naruto, The Amazing World of Gumball and SpongeBob, along with many other shows. Although he is not an art professional, Rashawn has some knowledge on art history, which relieves his anxiety of the unknown. One could say he is an average kind of artist, but he loves making Dragon Ball Z art whenever he gets the chance to. This is Rashawn’s first work-related experience. He finds challenges in finding the smaller details in his work, as it is something he has never focused on. He tries to learn how to be more present and focused in his work, as this is a new learning experience for him. Something that he has learned from making his character is how he can fix the posture, work on the color, and see how he can make his design his own. He’s a sweet, kind person who's always there to help out, and is willing to try something new on a project. Another thing that he’s learned from this program is how to take responsibility for things that he must be part of, and how to manage his finances. He wants to be more open to feedback, and loves to talk about his interests.
Sketch
This is Shawn. He’s a calm, friendly guy who is a scholar on school days but is sometimes a hero. He denies his heroism and doesn’t like taking credit for any hero work. Shawn loves eating any kind of food that could be tasty and has a love for battle. This is somebody who is open to feedback and being friends, as well as making bad guys seem easy to handle. Shawn lives in Manhattan, New York, and loves his city very much. He is always willing to protect his friends and help them out from danger if needed to step in.
